STREET GLOW - Fraudulent Charges

My business has used Street Glow in the past, but we will NEVER do so again. They charge you for product you did not order, do not ship it, and refuse to issue credit.

Then out of the blue they charge you again and you never ordered or received anything. They do not take care of business and are not a professional vendor. Buyers beware!

The company is unresponsive to calls and emails and if they do respond they do not follow through with what they say they will do. We have tried repeatedly to get billing corrected but have been unsuccessful.

In September 2012 we sold StreetGlow 31 embroidered golf shirts

They did not pay the invoice..they claimed to have financial issues.

i completely understand things happen, and i offered to setup a payment schedule.

We set them up on a payment schedule. Four years later, i just received an email from the owner, that i should write-off the balance,

Jack, the owner, after giving me his word he would make good on the debt, stiffed us for the last $250.00

I asked he pay even $20.00 a month until its paid off, and that was not acceptable to him.

Sad day for america when a man's word doesn't mean a thing.

COMPANY CLAIMS TO HAVE TECH SUPPORT YET WHEN YOU CALL DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, AND YOU FOLLOW ALL THE PROMPTS, YOU ARE DISCONNECTED REPEATEDLY. WHEN VISITING WEBSITE THEY OFFER INSTANT ONLINE CHAT THAT IS APPARENTLY ALSO UNAVAILABLE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.

IF COMPANY OFFERS TECH SUPPORT IT SHOULD MAKE SURE IT IS AVAILABLE IN A TIMELY MANNER. NOT SET THEIR PHONES UP TO DISCONNECT YOU WHEN YOU OBVIOUSLY NEED ASSISTANCE.

THEY DO HAVE SOME ONLINE OPERATING MANUAL DOWNLOADS AVAILABLE, BUT THE LIST IS INSUFFICIENT AND DOES NOT INCLUDE THE MODEL I AM TRYING TO INSTALL. COMPANY HAS ALOT TO LEARN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
